As part of our service, received emails are temporarily transmitted to OpenAI for automated scanning and analysis. This process ensures the effectiveness of our service while maintaining strict data security standards. OpenAI retains API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days to monitor and prevent abuse; after this period, the data is deleted unless otherwise required by law. We ensure that all transmitted data is handled securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Data Deletion Requests

Users can request the permanent deletion of their stored information at any time. Requests can be submitted through the account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon verification, all associated data, including retained sender details and subject lines, will be erased from our systems in compliance with GDPR and other relevant privacy regulations.
